A 20m walk across the road to the waterfront A 5 minute walk to the start of the Queen Charlotte Track and the Outward bound School. 5 minute drive to the local pub, shop and petrol station in Linkwater. Private and sunny section. Surrounded by native trees and bird life. Great sea and rural views from the deck. A single kayak and life jacket are available Plenty of off street parking and easy access for boats with 2 launching ramps within 500m. Anakiwa public jetty is 500m away Lots of fruit and citrus trees, all organic- help yourself. Fully fenced section, but note that its not suitable for toddlers as the deck isn't fenced. A pony of the neighbours is stored at the back of the property, and is sometimes picked up at the beginning of the day. |
