Sits on 1 acre of native bush and fruit trees An organic property with a self help veggie garden 2 tonne mooring with small aluminium tender dinghy Great beach- 1-2 minutes walk down a sloping grassy area and then a dirt gravel access way. Beach is good for fishing off as- mainly snapper and monkfish Has a floating raft, great for swimming off Nearest boat ramp is about 2km down the road Walking tracks nearby, including the Nydia Bay walking track. Large flat area half way to beach, great for throwing a ball around, or even for a few tents. A double and a single sea kayak |
