| Queen Charlotte Track access This property has Hard access to the Q.C track. A 20 minute walk down to Misletoe Bay and then a pre arranged water taxi pickup to the property is needed. Water transport will need to be arranged to this property- this can be done with Kulaks water tax service if need be It has access for walk or bike options- though bikes are restricted to off peak season only (1st March- 30th Nov) Bikes are able to be transported if needed to the rental property A $12 pass is now required for anyone hiking or biking the whole track or sections of the track, between Camp Bay and Anakiwa. | Kulak Rent a House have been extremely helpful in assisting us with organising two great family holidays in the Marlborough Sounds. This Christmas we stayed at Deans place, what a wonderful spot to spend time with family and friends. Perfect to relax in the sun, play board games in the rain, read a book or two, water ski or go for walks on the Queen Charlotte Track.
