| Flightless is an offshore capable, 26.82 metre charter vessel (ex NZ Navy Inshore Patrol Craft Moa). She has a cruising range of 4,000 miles. A 3 tonne deck crane and 4.8 m Niaid tender with 90 hp outboard. An upper sun deck to enjoy the romantic, peaceful, serenity of the Marlborough Sounds. We have 4 kayaks onboard for kayaking. Private exclusive boat charters with skipper and one crew member provided or a tailored exclusive boat charter cruise Cruise the Marlborough Sounds, D'Urville Island or go further and visit the Able Tasman and Fiordland areas. Visit the Queen Charlotte Track-or the Able Tasman tracks if you go further abroard. Dive Cook Strait or even the Sunken ocean liner Mikhal Lermontov (BYO dive gear) Fishing (we have some fishing gear onboard), spear fishing (BYO spear fishing gear), Wake boarding and water sports See bottlenose dolphins, seals and sometimes even orca whales. Play a round of 9 hole golf in Oyster Bay in the Tory Channel- green fees apply Visit historical Ships Cove, Motuara Island birdlife sanctuary, or the historic Whaling Station in Tory Channel |
