| 30 minutes water taxi trip from Picton Shared Jetty with a permanent resident and one other holiday home One or two moorings available Dinghy available to tender the mooring 2 small kayaks available Faces south east, but decking goes right around house so you can follow the sun around! Small beach area, though its gone at high tide! 15 min walk to Bay of Many Coves Resort Wonderful views of Bay of Many Coves Wee walk up hill, approximately 3 minutes, but well worth the views. Spa on deck available at a small extra charge, please enquire as its not always available. Not for under 5yrs age. |

| Queen Charlotte Track access This property has Hard access to the Q.C track. Walking time from the property is estimated at about 80minutes The track can be minimal at times and steep. Kulak instructions need to be followed carefuly. It has access for walk or bike options- though bikes are restricted to off peak season only (1st March- 30th Nov) It is advisable for bikes to be chained at the walkway and then walking down to the property due to the steep terrain A $12 pass is now required for anyone hiking or biking the whole track or sections of the track, between Camp Bay and Anakiwa. | Thanks for a great weekend! We had a blast fishing and going “walk about”! Was great to get away from the townie life (even if it was only for a few days!) The Gemm was great!
