Bay is very sheltered No dinghy as such, except a small tender dinghy to access mooring Beach and bay itself not always private, but the house itself is Beach has very safe swimming and about 2 minutes walk down Lots of sun, plenty of native bush and birds including Tuis and Wood Pigeons Close to cafes Nearby walks to The Snout and the Karaka Point Pa site |
