| The Grove Arm is a 25-30 minute car drive from Picton Sits on the edge of the sea when tide is in, once tide goes out, its all mud flat. Has a nice view over the sea, mud flats and the bay House sits off the side of the road with enough space to turn a car around in the driveway Small lawn area Small dinghy available There is possible usage of a mooring at a small fee. 5 minutes walk to public jetty with small beach area 5 minute drive to the beginning of the Queen Charlotte Track |

| Queen Charlotte Track access This property is a great option for walkers or bikers completing the Queen Charlotte Track Adventure Stay to freshen up after your tramp (A minimum of 2 nights is required, or negotiable with groups of 10 or more) Access is a 5 minute car trip, or if you are daring, walk it! Car pickup will need to be pre arranged in order to get from the end of the Q.C track to the property Linkwater Lodge offers a car taxi service if needing to get from A to B. linkwatercountryinn@xtra.co.nz All Queen Charlotte track visitors will be asked to contribute $5 to the Queen Charlotte Track Tribute Fund Visit out Queen Charlotte track Page for more information |
