| Located in Waikawa Bay, just a 10 minute drive out of Picton. Nestled right on the waters edge- just walk out the door- and its there- and so not idea for young children. There is a beach area when the tide goes out. Great swimming. 2 kayaks, 1 wave rider style kayak and 1 older style plastic one. An inflatable tender dinghy available too. It is boat access, but it doesn't have a mooring. Parking space for 2 vehicles |
| Deck with part of it covered. Open plan lounge, dining and kitchen with fantastic views out over Waikawa Bay. Modern interior. 3 TV's: Top and bottom bedrooms have one for DVD viewing only and the lounge has one with Freeview. NO landline, but good cellphone coverage. All linens and towels are inclusive for the 3 double beds, but not for the bunks- which only have duvets. Please supply your own. |
