| Do you have a passion to restore historical boats? We are selling our previous work boat MV "Sea Raider" - an ex original Tory Channel whale chaser built approx. 1936. It is a 36 ft kauri planked hull with an 8 ft beam. Currently moored in the Bay of Many Coves, take a look and make an offer (as is, where is ). WE WILL CONSIDER ANY OFFER. Retired ex Tory Channel Whale Chaser Kauri planked hull - we believe to be in sound condition. Motor goes but needs an exhaust manifold and alternator. We believe the mechanics to be sound except for the steering The poor old girl is in need of some TLC. All it will take to make her beautiful again to keep her the way she is, is to steam blast her inside to get all the soot off, degrease the engine and throw a couple of cans of engine paint on it, paint up the decks and give her a coat of paint all round! |
