Enjoyed The Red House and Shirleys book. A lovely holiday and a  delightful homestead. The house and gardens were delightful. All
amenties greatly appreciated. Thank you for a relaxed country holiday. Will recommend it to friends in Auckland. A home away from
home.
I am back home now (North Wales) and feel inspired by The Red House gardens to do some more planting in my garden. Have
turned my photos into a screen saver so see red House every morning. Still enjoying the memories of that place.

We had a wonderful week with the extended family at the Red House so am delighted that we made the decision to use that for
accommodating some of the family again. I have already recommended it as a great place to stay to others. I think it is a great house
- everything you need for a relaxing stay. It reminded me a lot of my grandparents house in Brightwater where we spent many happy
holidays as children.

The Red House was fabulous, great fun and very comfortable / workable for everyone. It has been a lovely family holiday in NZ and
the time in the Sounds will be long remembered
-Kere and Susan Kemp, Washington, USA. January 2009

Just to say what a fantastic time we all had in the Grove, The Red House was so much fun and worked so well for us all, as there was
a big group of us and we seemed to go from room to room and never seemed to be crowded.  Lovely and warm as well.  Even
thought the house is old the way it is laid out was just as good as staying in a flash motel.
