NOTE
The minimum stay on most properties is 3 nights. However, we will take 2 night
stays but, a higher rental rate will/may apply above the seasonal rate for that property.
However most properties have a minimum 6 day stay when dates include the
31st December, plus higher nightly tariffs do/may apply for these prime dates.
Rates per property can vary outside of the prices listed according to the season and the number of people staying.
There is a cleaning fee charge on some properties- when appropriate its listed on the Property page.
Also note that linen and decor of the house/property being advertised may differ slightly to that of the photos. This is in
regard to servicing following the change over after each lot of guests.
Some properties are also available that aren't listed online, ask me about them on the phone or via email and I will see if
there is any that suit your specifications.
