The minimum stay on most properties is 3 nights. However, we will take 2 night stays but a higher rental rate
will/may apply above the seasonal rate for that property.

Also note that linen and decor of the house/property being advertised may differ slightly to that of the photos. This
is in regard to servicing following the change over after each lot of guests.
