Property Details

Plenty of bird life including Tuis, Bellbirds, Wekas and Wood Pigeons

A stony beach but is great for swimming, especially for kids
Close to Bay of Many Coves Resort, 10 minutes by boat or 1 -1.5 hrs hike
Medium fitness is required for walk to house, but the views are well worth it
Very private, though a public track exists to the rear of property for access to Resort and Q.C. Track
Floating jetty and a 1.6 tonne mooring block
Boat shed to store your dive gear and fishing equipment etc


Front and side decks
Spa pool may be available but at the discretion of Kulak, not available for families with children
Layout of house is great for 2 families
Large open plan living area and kitchen
Reception for cellphone is patchy, but ok
As with most properties in the Sounds, we encourage people to bring your own drinking water
