Shared jetty with a permanent resident and one other holiday home
One or two moorings available
Dinghy available for mooring tender
Faces south-east, but decking goes right around the house so you can follow the sun around
Small beach area, though its only there on the low tide
15 min walk to Bay of Many Coves Resort
Wonderful views of Bay of Many Coves
A wee walk up hill, approximately 3 minutes, but well worth the views

Deck all around the house
Bathroom is open plan with laundry and only one toilet
Open plan kitchen and lounge
No phone, but great coverage for Telecom, not the best for Vodafone
As with most properties in the Sounds, we encourage people to bring your own drinking water
