A wee cottage on owners property. (Who are back and forth often)
House and its deck are not for use, but a private deck and BBQ area can be requested for use (See photo of deck)
Water access is via a private access road in Willow Bay 200m away
Public boat launching facilities are 1.4km away in Ohingaroa Bay

When booking with Kulak, please bare in mind that our properties are rented out on behalf of the owners.
This means that most properties will show available on their calendars- but they need approval from the owners first. Generally you have to enquire to book- even if the calendar says its available.
Properties that show they are unavailable are either booked for those dates, or the owners have restricted the rental during that time frame- for numerous reasons. These dates can sometimes open up at a later point.
We run Kulak on a very simple basis, with the owners coming first, as its their property that they wish to share with you.
